Victor Silver co. Warmer. Four pieces. The inner piece is is made of enamel. The enamel dish has a chip and a repair where it seemed there was a hole. Item is a little tarnished but would look beautiful cleaned and buffed. Item was bought at an estate auction so I don't have any information on it.
