These are all Original Patterns printed on Typewriter paper. They include Typed Easy to Follow Instructions, Sketches of the finished Outfits and Full-size Pattern Pieces. These patterns were originally designed to fit the orginal Barbie body, but many of them will also fit the newer body style.
