For sale is the 1919 “STUDIES IN ENGLISH” BOOK ONE, CALIFORNIA STATE SERIES. CAROLYN M. ROBBINS & ROBERT K. ROW, authors. Published by the California State Dept. of Education. Book is in excellent vintage condition with only the textbook stamp inside front cover and “John Muir School” stamped inside both covers and on two inside pages. One page has the word “singing” handwritten above one of the poems—otherwise book is very clean and tight. Fun vintage illustrations.
