It comes with a battery but we didn't get a charger for it. Because of this and a dead battery, we were unable to test this at all for functionality and therfore are selling it as-is with no returns. It is used with very minor surface marks but overall is in excellent physical condition and looks as though it would work fine but we just don't know and can't make any guarantees.
