Horizontal lines indicate a defective LCD panel (screen) no part except a NEW screen will fix it. Horizontal lines on the screen are NEVER caused by a board. ALL PARTS WERE REMOVED FROM A WORKING, TESTED TV WITH A CRACKED SCREEN.
