VTG 17.5" VIRGIN MARY Madonna Ebony Wood Carved Statue Figure - Raul Comesanas Beautiful, tall statue of the BLESSED MOTHER. Not sure if it is definitely ebony wood, but it is certainly a dense, dark wood. Estate sale company suggested that it was ebony. Belonged to Cuban Activist, world traveler, and priest for archdiocese of Newark, New Jersey, Raul Comesanas. Photos of Comesanas NOT included. Excellent addition to anyone's religious decor. Statue is in very nice shape and was picked up along his travels. Thanks for looking.
