Carte mère PC I/O Shield rare ou difficile à trouver ? 1394 USB SPDIF OUT PS/2 parallèle

Motherboard PC I/O Shield rare or hard to find?. There is a space for a VGA port, but it hasn't been knocked out pointing toward the fact that computer must have used AGP video?. Anyway, I think this is a pretty rare item because this is the only one like it I could find anywhere.
