Not Effective - At ALL!!!

Previous to the purchase of this product, I used the Emjoi AP 99 (which worked great until it quit operating after two years). The Satinelle Ice is completely ineffective in comparison to the Emjoi. After 3 days, I have yet to be able to remove the hair on my legs because each pass misses SO MANY hairs. Now the hair is not long that I am trying to remove, but the Emjoi easily removed hair at this length. I cannot comment on the effectiveness of the shaver attachment, as the whole reason I purchase epilators to have hair-free legs/underarms/bikini area for longer than shaving. I also cannot really comment on the pain factor of this product, as my legs and underarms are used to epilators. However, I cannot see anyone actually using the cooling attachment since it has to be put in the freezer (which is not apparent from most product descriptions) and I would assume most people do not do hair removal in their kitchen.

The reason I decided to write this review was because I was back on this website looking for a new epilator because I am so dissatisfied with the results of the Satinelle Ice. Unfortunately I am torn because other users seem to question the durability of the Emjoi, but I would rather pay $80 and have it work for 2 years than pay $60 for a product that doesn't work at all. Using tweezers would be quicker and more effective than the Phillips Satinelle Ice... potential buyers beware!!!
