Until it stopped working

I was given this sony for christmas and have loved it! The look, the features, the ease of use, everything was perfect. But mine only lasted about one year,then it stopped working. Now I have the same problems others have described. The alarm works some mornings and not others. I can no longer set the time or the alarms, I just get a single beep. I'm so disappointed this could have been a great product!
