Basics of the game:

You play as Larry, and your objective is to get onto a reality dating show. To do this, Larry needs to collect "tokens of affection" from most but not all of 13 hot, digital girls, which he does by finishing a storyline in which he tries to have sex with each of them.

The game is based in wander mode, but when you choose to resume the storyline of any of the 13 girls you will be playing Larry's chat game 50% of the time and playing one of his other mini-games the other 50% of the time. A rundown on the games is below:

- Chat: This is Larry's dialogue with anyone. This is a side-scroller where you pilot a sperm. If you hit red objects, your health goes down and Larry says something comically stupid. If you hit green objects, your health goes up and Larry says something equally comical but less stupid. Other objects affect your ability to pilot the sperm correctly.
- Avoidance: People are running after you and you have to collect a bunch of items and get to a certain place. To help you out, you have a few pieces of string cheese to temporarily distract one enemy.
- Bartending: You run between four rows of moving people throwing drinks to them, or other items like fliers. If the people throw something back, you have to catch it, unless it's something like feces which will stun you for a moment.
- Photos: You can rotate, zoom, or move Larry to get a good shot, and a bar at the top will rank your shots. You have a set number of shots and time, and you have to produce a certain quality to win.
- Pose: This game consists of running between one person, usually the girl, and people you must click a button to pose for. After each, you return to the person at the center, and hope to finish posing for everyone in time.
- Quarters: The standard drinking game... you throw a quarter into a cup to get the girl drunk so she'll hopefully have sex with you.
- Rhythm: You replicate a series of arrow keys at the correct time to have Larry dance, jump on the trampoline, or give a secret handshake correctly.
- Slaps: You try to slap her hands before she pulls away. If you miss, you switch and she tries to slap you.
- Water Sports: You shoot a water gun at a girl's chest and succeed if you get her T-shirt wet.
- Whack-a-Mole: Circles corresponding to the X, Y, A, and B buttons will light up for a few moments and you have to hit the corresponding button in time.
- Whack-a-Pole: This is masturbation represented as Pong, with your hands instead of paddles, a penis in the middle that grows by you staying alive, and a lot of objects that help or hurt you.

If you lose the mini-game enough times in a row, the game will offer to make it easier. If you continue to lose, it will ask if you want to Wimp Out (the option is available from the start). Wimping out gives you an automatic win for the game in exchange for "secret tokens." These are limited, though, as you can only get them by acing a mini-game for the first time (you can replay mini-games you've already beaten) or finding them in wander mode, but you need them to buy everything important, like a mode that makes all the girls naked, so wimp out sparingly.

There are 105 things to collect. Some are goodies like modes that undress the girls, which are bought with secret tokens. Others are things you buy that make specific games easier. And a few are items that make specific games easier, but you find them in wander mode.

There are missions beyond the ones you need to beat the game, and you also need to play mini-games outside the girls' storylines to get secret tokens, money, or "confidence." Confidence is something that goes up and down based on your success in games, and if you don't have enough, a girl won't let you continue her storyline. Sometimes a girl also requires the right wardrobe, which you can buy if you know where to.

Sometimes you play competitions to move on in the elimination process for the dating show, and you eventually play mini-games on the show itself. Eventually you pick one of three girls to go on your date with, but you can buy the other two endings with secret tokens.

The Review:

Absolutely everything in this game is funny. The chat games are the best, as Larry will come up with ridiculous lies or make stupid errors like calling a girl named Analisa "Anal Lisa." They're very creative, and include an entire conversation sung to a song from Grease (and it fits regardless of whether you hit green or red) and another where the whole time, Larry was pretending to be a movie character by playing appropriate sound clips from a VHS tape.

The mini-games are often amusing, too. One Pose game requires you to recruit random women to work for the local pimp, and once you pose, they excitedly yell, "Let's work the streets!" The core of the mini-games, though, is just hand-eye coordination, so it could use a little more brainpower instead. But the story's great, with wonderful character's like Larry's nemesis the assistant dean and plot twists that you'll find absolutely shocking. It's definitely worth picking up.
