Pros: Well-drawn and fun for awhile.

Cons: Gets monotonous after awhile. Not enough levels.

Pros: Incredibly maniacal action, excellent animations, two-player support, cover-art, infinite continues

Cons: Weak bonus features, old-school repetition, default weapon = pistol, infinite continues

The Bottom Line: Metal Slug X defines old-school action in it's finest and is why the memories of SNK still deserve to echo through the gaming industry today
